Pre-paid voucher query

I sell pre-paid vouchers and I need to know what cell number certain pre-paid vouchers were loaded to.

I have been told by your pre-paid dept. that only the contract dept. can assist as I have a contract number. They say they cannot help me. The only option I have is to see if I get a real response this way.
