Ad service at mtn at the grove mall

Hi, imy name is simone... I want to complain about the bad service I've been getting at mtn by the grove mall. Never in my hole life have I received such bad service. I'm a client at mtn and about 6 months ago I took out a contract phone and with that contract you get a samsung tv free, but 3 months ago I was in a car accident and lost the phone in the accident, now mtn has still nog given me the tv nor did they let me do a simswap or given me my aitrime that I'm supouse to get or a new phone, this is just people don't ever in your life go to that useless mtn because all you will receive is bas service. If they are not going to do as they said they wheir gonna do in the first place then I have no choice but to call their headoffice and go to the newspapers, THIS IS THE LAST!!!
