On 30 September 2013 i took out a new Vodacom Contract with assurance that sim would activate in 24 hours. Went back to voda store on 1 Oct 2013 reporting that sim not activated, Was assured that if by the evening of 1 Oct sim was not active i should return on 2 Oct for a new sim went back still not active and then asked to wait until evening of 2 oct then surely it would. My complaint lay in the fact that between the Service centre and vodastore the campus i am runining from pillar to post with no joy. It would also appear that one only get excellent service from Vodacom if one complain on Hello Peter..So Vodacom once again please assist.
