On Thursday 26 Sept I checked my balance using the self service option. I was informed that I owe R749 which will be deducted 30 Sept. I phoned customer service to ask what is happening because that amount can't be correct. They told me that I was incorrectly charged for a migration fee and theproblem will be sorted out. I received a text msg the next day saying my account will be credited. I phoned Customer Service again over the weekend to make sure the amount that will be deducted will not exceed R349. They told me this will not happen. On Wednesday e Oct I checked my bank balance and saw that they had deducted R749. Which means my other debit orders could not be paid because there was not enough money left in that account. I phoned them again and I was told my money will be paid back to me. This is unacceptable. I am being charged bankfees for debitorders which did not go through. What must I tell the other companies who's money could not be paid? This is ridiculous!
