Double deduction debited without permission

I currently have a cellphone account with Alltech Autopage. On 12/09/2013 their customer service phoned me to inform me that my account was in arrears. They asked permission to deduct the outstanding amount from account on 12/09/2013, which I gave permission to do. That evening I was notified via my notify me that the debit order amount was deducted twice. I phoned the customer service dept immediately on 12/09/2013 to inform them that they deducted the amount twice and I requested that the second deduction be paid back to me immediately on which the operator told me that the call will be logged and the money would be paid back to me within 24 Hours. Needless to say this never happened. On 16/09/2013 I phoned the customer service dept again where they again told me they have logged the querie and that the matter was reffered to a manager and that he/she would phone me back before end of business. The manager still has not phoned me back. I phoned again on 17/09/2013 and I was put through to 4 different people and now they informed me that I have to wait 7 - 14 working days before my money will be transferred back. I am not happy, Alltech is " " my money!!!
