Pathethic, infringinged my rights as a consume

Opened a telkom eita contract 2011, in arrears as of today, never spoked to any agent with regard to a payment plan but 30/9/2013 R1550.00 was deducted from my account, called telkom eita to find out who gave them the authority for the R1550.00 to be deducted was refrd to nu-debt collectors called them told me they got auth from telkomeita to deduct the R1550.00 at once that is10 times my instalments i used to pay a month than called telkom eita again spoked with sheldon dickson who REFUSED number for me to call the telkomeita collections cc which he claims is in benoni, said someone will come back to me still waiting gave me ref number:6278377.today im homeless, took all my rent money without my permision the person responsible for this needs to be fired and I WANT MY MONEY BACK, YOU PEOPLE MY MONEY ARe YOU PEOPLE EVEN ALLOWED TO GO AND DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MAKING A PAYMENT PLAN I UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS THE NORMAL INSTALMENTS BUT 10TIMES THE INSTALMENTS THATS INFRINGING MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK I NEED A CEO OF THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP
