MTN-Veronica's reply is inconclusive and the matter remains *surprise-surprise*...unresolved!!!
MTN has shown repeatedly that they don't commit, take ownership and responsibility. NOR do they take accountability by stating and acknowledging what they'll do to prevent future bad service of this nature or exactly WHAT is being done, and by WHEN the matter will be resolved... as I said Black Bottomless PIT!!
ICASA and Consumer Council to reprimand them and give them what they need to change their ATTITUDE!!!
