Cell C Get it still billing me

I have a Cell C contract and the get it service was loaded onto my account after i told the yes i will give it a try.

I have requested it to be cancelled more than a year ago now and it is still not cancelled.
They have refund me once. And i was told it will not go off my account again.
Up until this month it is still taking my money!

The supervisor assisted me, and i must say she was polite and ready to help me. As far as i am concern she has done her job from her side. But somewhere some one has up...

If this is not stopped by the end of october i am going to the lawyers.
