How long must i wait?

I went to 8ta on the 24th of last month to sign up for a new contract for an Ipad mini. I am still waiting for response almost a week later. First it was that your system was down then apparently my bank account no was wrong now i have heard nothing. I need this ipad for work and am actually just about ready to cancel this and go to Vodacom who i havent had a days problem with. The sales lady and branch is very friendly but it doesnt help if you don't let me know whats happening. Please sort this out today or please cancel
