Hi

I applied for smart TV, joining it to my adsl line. firstly half of the staff do not know what products they are selling, secondly the will go around wasting your time for no known reason.

after struggling to find someone who knows Telkom sells TVs they tell me to spend R270 in buying a TV licence, then I waited 5 days to be told my TV licence is not going through. fine I wait until I got tired of waiting then I called to be told they are awaiting my TV licence to go through. I did this for the next 2 days. (7days in total) n then I called again today twice. the first time I was told that they waiting for my TV licence then I called again was told to go to the store in order to submit my licence. finally after a handful of rude people I am told I must give an advanced fee of R9066.42.

I really don't mind that I didn't qualify but really why waist my time like this. and the rude consultants. no words to describe.
wow I was so happy with Telkom adsl but I would not recommend any other Telkom product EVER!!
