I went to Mtn in Ladybrand on the 23-03-2013 to cancel one of my contracts, a amount and a ref number was given to pay the settle amount. Which was paid and a copy given to mtn on the same day.
I was not given any other information on what I should do, the gentlemen who helped me said he will send the copy and it will be cancelled.
To this day am still paying that contract which I do not use and have broken the sim card up already.
I went to mtn 4 times already to sort the problem out, with the same person who assisted me in March.
He mentioned he sent a complain through to head office. Its been a month and he says head office still has not gotten back to him which I think is just totally ridiculous.
I am very unhappy with this and I would like this to end right now, I will not pay another cancellation fee and would like all my money back from the end of March until this day.
I paid a cancellation fee and have my bank receipt to prove it.
Very unhappy with Mtn and its pathetic customer service.
