WASTING MY TIME AND AIRTIME

I am a new customer and the number I have been given has been recycled.
I receive SMSes with summons and notices of being handed over for accounts that belonged to the previous owner of this number before it was recycled.

I was not informed that I had a recycled number and Vodacom refuses to advise me on what to do about it.

It is very disrupting and I get calls at all hours of the night regarding my outstanding payments on accounts that do not belong to me!
