One mess up after the other - Disgusting!

On Monday at about 1pm I noticed that my messages were not going through, I was also unable to make calls. I then checked my airtime, I knew I had plenty. When I check it said R0.00 airtime & 0 free minutes. I called the call centre to ask what was going on, the consultant said according to their records I cancelled my contract, but I had NOT & as it was late in the day all she could do was send my enquiry to the billing department to find out what is going on, she then went on to say she is off on Tuesday so I may only hear from Virgin later in the week.
I went to Virgin Mobile Shore in Cape Gate & was assisted by Melissa. I told her the whole story & she checked my account on the system & said she could see when I called at about 4pm to enquire what happened to my contract, but she said there was nothing on the account to say I had requested to cancel my contract. She then emailed my complaint & said that there is really nothing they can do as it was a public holiday
I then had to purchase some airtime so at least I could stay in contact. Which was an unnecessary purchase as I had a lot of airtime on my account.
