I apllied online for another contract on my account, nowhere did it ask me for a number if I want to port over, I contacted the online support but There is no support, All I got was I had to phone another number as Fatima couldnt/wouldnt assist me. I asked to be transfered to another agent, and she left the conversation. Very Impressive service as I wanted to move another line to vodacom from mtn. Now I would rather cancel the existing vodacom line and move that over to mtn. Thanks for making up my mind Fatima from Online Support
