Lack of security on our cells/accounts!!

Every month I have to call your CCC to cancel services that I'm billed for and didn't even subscribe to. Despite my monthly efforts to cancel those services, the following month I get billed for yet other new services that i didn't subscribe to!! Where are your ethics Cell C?? I always had a contract with you and that was always well conducted and it still is. Ever since YOU approached me for a data package, I've had experienced nothing but disgust service!!! I have 2 contracts with you and I want this data contract terminated with immediate effect!!!
