BEING ROBBED BY MTN!!!

I have a top up contract, which loads airtime onto my phone on the 12th of every month. This month (September), however, no airtime was loaded onto my phone.

I decided to visit a MTN store, on the 20th (Friday), who stated that there was infact an error on their side, which would be sorted out within 24 hours. It wasn't. I then went back on the 22nd (Sunday), but the department involved with the problem does not work over weekends. So, I returned on the 23rd (Monday), and was told that it would be sorted out on this same day.

Today is the 24th, and guess what? STILL NO AIRTIME!

If only the department sorting out the issue, gave me the same level of service as the MTN store did...

Every month, the debit order comes off of my bank account like clock work - I bring my side... MTN, when are you going to bring yours?
