Unlawful deduction

The company Mira Network is taking money from my mother account at R 4.39 per day. She is 83 old and can't even read a sms. This is. They told WASP that they are not doing this but 5 min late send sms suddenly to unsubscibe her. We want answer and I think one must report this to the Consumer Commision and the SAPS.
