Simone Pillay phned me on Friday 15th September 2 say I am pre approved for another contract, cause I am a LOYAL customer, I accepted but later phoned back to cancel as I didn't want that package anymore, any way she said its not a problem she will change it, just to hear now after the application was sent through it was decline, Cell Cell c is that the way you treat Loyal customers, then clearly u don't deserve my loyalty, so you are defenitely loosing one of your LOYAL customers cause I have 2 contracts and had numerous problems in the past and I see there is still no changes, very dissapointed, but @least now I know where I stand. I can't believe Cell c operate like that phone u and give u high hopes, 4 nothing
