Pathetic

My husband slept over in guesthouse on the night of the 19 Sept. Someone in the guesthouse downloaded through his wifi over R2 472.00 worth of data. They used his phone as a modem. the downloading started on the 20 at 00.25. they also used all his free airtime. We reported this matter on the 21Sept and during the night someone at mtn with name of Trevashen Haripersat cut his services. We have been with mtn since 1995 and no one have we slipped up with a payment. My husband had an open contract as well. This person is not competent and does not know what is going on. When you ask for the ceo they say that he does not take calls fom the public. The public's money helps to pay his salary each month and the staff. Mtn is pathetic. Their clients are just a number and to bring in the money for them further you mean nothing to them
