Cell C is the most incompetent company! Two years ago, they nearly put me out of business because they capped my lines. I run an events company. I send out 1000's of mails daily. Two years ago I made it very clear that all my lines should not have limits on them. I have 11 contracts with Cell C, not once have I not paid a bill!!! Yesterday, they capped me again!!! I have 3000 mails that have to go out for a client and can't send them!!!

The fact that you have to speak to a different operator everytime you phone the call centre, is excrutiatingly painfull!!! The can't help you, they don't listen to you and put you through to 5 different departments before you are lucky enough to find an operator that realises they can help you on the first call!!! Then they don't have the ability to change your account and log e-mails that help absolutely nothing!!! If you log a complaint, nobody gets back to you. It is only after you start yelling and screaming, that you get some sort of reaction and even then, they muck it up!!!

This is the worst company to deal with in SA!! The worst!!! ~!!! I am requesting a full summary of my accounts and moving to Vodacom!!!
