Account payed in full but still get disconnected

I was a bit in arrear on my account a month back on my cellphone account and was disconnected on the 23rd of August 2013 I payed my account in full with a bit more than was needed. On 18 September my account is disconnected again and now I must pay reconnection again so when I called them they said I must pay my account on the 15th of each month with EFT as this type of payment method is best suited for me. I did it for a while and they didn't disconnect me. So what am I to do wait from the 23rd when I get my salary till the 15th to avoid disconetivity. I were so happy with their service even have a contract for my wife with them but I think I am going to finish this contract and move to another company. Why can I pay my dstv on 23rd with eft but with them I must wait till 15th. This is making me laugh. Can't believe it.
