Very bad network service

It has been almost 3 weeks that i have no and sometimes very poor network service, I have renewed my contract because the past two years i had good 3G service were i live, but now i only get a poor GPRS service and almost no 3G . I have reported this daily to the network coverage department but no response! There is no problems with my device, if i move 3 km closer to town i have full 3G service. MTN claims to have " world class " service, i dont think so. If i cant use my internet, MTN must cancel my contract and refund me
