I made contact with Virgin Mobile Customer Care on Monday 16/09 and spoke to a number of people all regarding my cancellation. The request was that they cancel my service as the contract was coming to an end, thus giving 1 month's notice. I asked if i must put it in writing so that both parties are covered and i was told that it won't be necessary. The cancellation was processed, and i was advised that the contract will then run until the end of October and the last billing would be at the end of November, and this was agreed upon by the agent and I. On 17/09 my service gets come, meaning over R900 airtime, over 900 remaining SMS and over 400mb of data is just gone. I spent a total of 2 hours talking to different agents asking why my contract was cancelled with immediate effect, and none of them could tell me, and none of them seemed to care, and also none of them offered to have it checked and attended to. I requested to speak to seniors in the different departments and i was told "they are not available and we can't give you their names". All that i request is that my contract be re-instated until the agreed upon date and my airtime and data be restored. Call me on 0741454948
