Mtn fail miserably in all departments

I ordered an upgrade handset on 17th Jan 2013, with the promise that it would be delivered within 4 to 7 days. It hadnt arrived by 24th Jan so I phoned MTNSP - first person Hafiq gave me the order no and ttransferred me to RTT (MTN couriers) I was cut off, so I phoned again (Kyle) I told him MTN should query with RTT, not me. Didnt phone back - I phoned RTT was told RTT had phoned MTN to get a contact no so that I could be informed of delivery date, but had no reply, so delivery was not made. RTT took contact info, promised to ensure delivery on 25th Jan 2013 - did not arrive. I phoned MTNSP and asked a supervisor to call, was told by Ntombi that one definitely would phone back, but nobody did. I phoned again on 26th Jan 2013 and held on for 40 mins while Lisi Tshabalala went backwards and forwards to her supervisor and eventually wanted to transfer me to upgrades dept. I asked for the managers name, but he/she was not there. Spoke to Adderly, discovered the handset had been sent out on 25th, but returned "refer to driver" Promised to phone back on 28th Jan- RTT not available on Sat, What are supervisors/managers there for if not to talk to customers and ensure customers happy??
