Putrid uncapped Internet

I am sick and tired of the Mtn uncapped Internet. Despite their promises that the line runs at 3mbps I have never experienced this speed. The call centre always passes the buck and the technical, people cannot solve the problem.
A friend of mine has cell c and it actually works, he can download files in a third of the time that it takes my Mtn dongle.
I have two months left on the contract, Its been an unhappy experience for the last 22months, MTN please put me out of my misery and let's call it a day.
I hope that you respond to this unlike your call centre who does not answer the phone.
