Good Day. on the 31/08/2013 i went to Cell u City Cavendish Square to take out a contract that they had advertised, I took out a package R250.00 Monthly for the Samsung S3. I signed the contract & everything, Carlo then told me there were no stock & he had to order it would take 14 working days. I called him Friday the 06/09/2013 he confirmed that his manager said phone will be here Thursday 12/09/2013 I called Thursday no handset. Friday i received an email saying that the phone has been discontinued i have to make an other alternative. I refuse to as this is now vodacoms error for advertising & can not deliver. I refuse to take a higher package as well as a older Model phone before the S3. This has been 3 weeks still not a singel handset. I will not make an alternitive as i have signed up for what was advertised, its up to vodacom to decide & make an alternative with rgards to the error & failure to deliver to the customer. Please assist.
