Un authirised deduction on pre-paid phone

My wife is unemployed and has a prepaid phone mostly used so that me and the kids can communicate with her during the day.
She noticed that amount are deducted from her phone without her phoning or sending any SMS accept please call me's to my son of which they said is free of charge.
When we complained at the MTN Lephalale mall agai9n as it was previously reported to MTN Hans Strydom Street Ellisras they said they can not help us to sort out this problem and they are unable to give us a name or number to phone in MTN Head office.
