Paying for a contract that has expired/ paid full

Last year september i had requested to close one of my contracts early and i did so paid the amount at standard bank faxed through the proof of payment, earlier this year i noticed that i was still being billed for the contract that i had thought was closed. i called the help desk and i was told to email through my proof, id, letter for early closure and the receipt of the deposit of which i did and still had no feed back and still to date im being billed. thus far ive been paying for this contract for eleven months now and that is almost R1600 out of my pocket which is a lot . this is really unfar of vodacom as i have been a loyal client to them. i want this matter dealt with ASAP AND I WANT TO BE REEMBURSED FOR ALL THE MONTHS THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS CONTRACT
