CellC - Most competitive deals but at what cost?

I took the risk of applying online for a CellC contract as I am pushed for time and wanted to avoid standing in long queues at the CellC outlet.

The website gives you a CHOICE between ordering a white or black iphone.
Turns out, you cant actually apply online and I ended up phoning the call centre at my own cost.
I provided all my personal details to the call operator including consent to a debit order. After all of this, the call operator babbles a disclaimer, including that they cannot guarantee the colour of the phone being delivered. - why does cellC tell us we have a choice then?

I repeatedly told Phindiwe Xaba (call operator) my colour preference (telephonic 3 emails). She then assured me that this request has been logged.

A ridiculous 10 days later they deliver the INCORRECT colour phone!
- I am not sure whether this is due to staff incompetence, or false advertising combined with bad stock management and the fact that CellC does does not care about customer satisfaction.

Utterly disgusted with the incompetence.
If i knew this was going to be such an ordeal i would've rather chosen the long queues in store at a competent network.
