Closed account handover!!!???

Account was closed last year and settlement amount paid. Received sms from Pholoza and issue was queried and send to Cell C legal department!! No feedback received!! Now my husband received an sms from JM Attorneys?? Can this matter be cleared up urgently please!! Maybe we'll get joy now!! This is unacceptable!!!
