Neotel
My line not working and waste money buying airtime

I was using Neotel Phone, Fax and Modem and the number for it is 0110249831. I bought airtime in January at our local Spar and in January i was told that there is a problem with Neotel server. Ever since I have been calling and calling and everytime I call I would be told its now working. Now I am living with something that is just on and not working. I used about R500 of airtime that I bought. Up to this moment my number is still not working and to call the call centre is just a WASTE of my time. I stay in Weltevreden Park and check with Neotel for coverage and they said is perfect. Please can someone tell me what the hll is going on with this number. 0110249831.
