Terrible Service & Tax For Early Payment

We have what is supposed to be a 4mg line, but there is no way I am working on a line with that speed. We have upgraded and upgraded and upgraded with no service upgrade to go with the money we spend. Your service is atrocious! Last month we were taxed R300... because we paid early.

I work at home and spend at least 1 day a week on the phone with your call center, but there is no improvement. We lose at least a weeks worth of production time due to the internet service provided by Telkom. Someday's I feel like we still live in the days of the dial up. You seem to love taking our money with no real service exchange.

I am starting to feel at a loss and will start looking at alternative ways in which to take this further since hours of telephone time, complaints and practiced patience seems to get me nowhere. I am now out of patience with the amount of time and money you are costing us.

Our contract with Telkom ends next year after 2 years, we will not be renewing and will move to a service provider who actually understands the meaning of upgrading and service delivery, since you do not! The fact that you are a monopoly does not entitle you to daylight.
