To whom it may concern,

I trust this will find a representative of Telkom that will actually have the authority/Influence to help resolve the problem we as a company have been experiencing for the past 2-3months now. After countless complaints to Telkom ADSL support, this is where we are now.

Every business is reliant on internet connectivity to actually function and without it, it makes things in today's world extremely difficult. Our exchange in the area is overloaded and this is causing the bottle neck. I know a few business owners in the our area that aren't experiencing 1/4 the problems we are.

Our internet is so slow that Google times out 50% of the time and downloading mail from ISP is proving to be troublesome not to mention when our engineers are onsite they cannot download important mails because of our line speeds being ridiculous.

I've done several speed tests in the past few weeks with the following ping response on a good day 1000-2000ms, download speed & upload speed not worth being mentioned.

Can someone please contact me on my cell & let me know what can be done about this. It's been going on for far too long
