Bought an 8ta sim and a R149 airtime that the assistant converted to 3gig data bundle on 27 - 12 - 2012 which from my understanding is 2 gig normal and 1 gig midnight surfer minutes. The assistant went into the back of the store to get a handset which took about 20 mins, came back and told me to simply put the sim into the dongle and start surfing as the airtime had been converted to data (She didn't btw). 2 days later I get the message that my airtime has been depleted and when I contacted the 8ta complaints dept they said that my number has been put onto their list of affected user for a manual bundle adjustment and feedback will follow. That was on the 2nd of Jan. SInce then I have been passed on from 1 consultant to the next and not one of them even bothered to rectify the mistake which is obviously from their side. I mean there is even cameras in the store for them to check but still NOTHING!! The idea behind the usb flash was so that I wouldnt have to go into office and could work from home during the holidays which obviously couldn't happen due to them. I have the receipt, all the names and correspondence from these people and really this is UNPROFESSIONAL! SOMEONE HELP
