How would I fix this if at all possible?

I have a 9810, which refuses to load more than 3/4 of the way, it all started with it first telling me that it couldn't access the internal media... ok enough, I reinstalled the latest OS vie DM, it worked fine for 2 days and lo and behold the very same message was tight back again. I then chose the option to format the internal memory (BIIIG MISTAKE!!!)now it wouldn't reload at all, it freezes at 3/4 of the way! I have now used JL_Cmdr to wipe it off everything on the phone, took me a while to get it done, but it did... ended up giving me a 507 error, telling me to reload the OS. Now I honestly thought I was home safe! Alas no such thing it reloads... or so it says the os and on connection it once more freezes at 2/4 of the way and no further. PLEASE HELP!!!
