Contract closed but still billed

I sent mail to Terminate my contract in May the 7th, and in the mean time to suspend my number 0814727257 because it was used by someone as my sim card was in my purse. I spoke to Retentions Desk
Service Operation Centre to a lady and I explined that my number is been used by someone and why did they bill me for June and July so I need them to refund me June and July payment.
