Rude and unhelpful

The MTN in randridge was closed this afternoon due to being offline. I needed help with a phone setting, nothing that needed to be online yet the employees refused to help. They would not even open the door to help us but sat inside the shop pointing and laughing at me who was trying to get their attention. Rude and disrespectful! They saw a gap for free time and took it instead of staying open and helping where they could. So unhappy with the service!
