3 weeks for Iphone 5

I have ordered the iphone 5 by phoning in on the 8th of jan already and the woman confirmed that the have in stock and will take 7 to 14 days - on the 12th I only received my reference number! I Am still waiting for my phone and i am highly disgusted!!
