CANCELLATION

I received from Cell C which never worked from day one. It was returned back to them via courier as per RW11292533. I DO NOT have the modem with me and I would NOT like another one to be sent sent to me. the modem contract was never cancelled but I am still being debited, for a product I DO NOT HAVE. so in essence Cell C is my money. I would like this contact cancelled and i NO NOT want a credit note, I would like for the money to be refunded into my account, failure to do so I will cancel the debit order and pay via EFT the correct amount which is supposed to be debited. I have spoken to 6 consultants have have not had a single clue how to help. I spoke to Kabelo Rakile who loaded a case as per REF 3091000367 and 3091000382 he promised me that his supervisor, Kelvin Chourdee would call me back but that has not happened. Please assist, I am tired to call u guys and speak to people who do not know what is going on. thanks
