Billing and lack of servcie

I have been debited R249 R150 (If which i dont know why a consultant was supposed to enquire why and call me back).
Then over the weekend i got debited anothe R249, FOR NO REASON, NO LOAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN REQUESTED OR PAID OUT..
I would like to cancel and have all my money back.
