Loan cancellation

On the 30th of August 2013 i was debited R150, on the 31st Ausgust 2013 another R150 and a further R249 was bedited from my account and i have never taken any money from this company and when i tried to call the call center no one answers only a recording machine.
i have been trying to get my money reversed back but no luck as my bank can not assist me. please help as i don't know what more to do to get my money back.
