False advertising

I was called by one of their consultants who said that they were offering me FREE phones, and that i wouldn't have to pay a cent for that_ the consultant said to me that the phone were curtesy of FNB as i use cell phone banking and that they want to reward me for using that service.to my surprise i am now told that i took out a contract with they without my knowledge and the have now listed me on the credit bureau for not paying for my contract. they try to debit my account more than once every month without my knowledge and that has given me a bad name and as a result my credit history is now messed up. a consultant then calledme with regards to this matter and said that they would contact me to rectify this, but i haven't heard anything from that ever since.
