Closed Telkom account at ITC

I closed my telkom account last year around June, settled the account in full. Phoned them twice after to confirm. Now my Name is up with ITC for bad credit, According to ITC there is a telkom account in arrears for two months. Now I struggle to get hold of telkom to sort this out.
