Unacceptable

I contact MTN centre on behalf of my grandfather tonight... do deregister mtn play services news, lotto etc.. All details was confirmed with him... they said it will be deregistered but he STILL receives it!

There is no other way... this needs to be removed he is on pension and it costs him unecassary money!!!
