MTN's hidden gem

Lately I've been a bit irritated with the service I've received from MTN... BUT... today I was lucky enough to speak with Phatheka Mhlungulwana who honestly went the extra mile to assist me with my upgrade and related query.

I am very impressed with this lady's professional attitude and the comfortable ease in which she communicates and liaises with clientele. I am of the opinion that she is a major asset to MTN and can with utmost surety say that she has restored my faith in MTN. There is hope after all.
