Good day,
On Saturday 17 August I went to the MTN branch Richards Bay to find out what charges was taken off on Cel (R40) according to the consultant it was internet charges and could not give me more detail. On the phone there was data available for internent use and for Whatsapp. I specifically ask if there is any subscription going off and I was told NO. No airtime was loaded on the phone. On 22nd of Aug the normally monthly subscription was updated (R100) By midday all the money was gone. Take note this phone (Nokia) was off for this period of time due to the fact that my daugther is in school. When se switch on phone all money gone. I contacted the call centre (808) they transfered me to a guy that informed me that my daugther was subscribe and he will stop the service. (I also explained to him that is unacceptable the the branch the not help me correctly). I lodged a complaint on MTN web pages (REQ:2566844) that i believe they are responsible for this cost (Mail rec. WASP) I Contact 808 today to find out what subscription went off 22nd I was told it is an internet fee and not subscription. Looks like nobody knows what is going on and we get billed. Unacceptable
