Changes to my contract without my approval

I am extremely unhappy and would like an answer as to why the binding contract I signed into with cellc has now just been changed as per Cellc!

When I signed my contact the fee includes BIZ of R59pm with unlimited usage!

I have signed NOTHING acknowledging changes on my account of additional charges yet I am now only given 2GB and the rest I am expected to pay for.

This is breach of contract!!!

If I am in the wrong at all I would like an explanation however I do not feel that what you are doing is legal.

Please give this matter your urgent attention.
