NETWORK PROBLEM

Good day.
Since I came back form leave the 3G reception for my Ipad in the office has been terrible. I have 3G with 3 bars signal but the internet is not working 99% of the time.
This is causing me a serious headache.
My Vodacom Edge on my phone works better than the 3G on my Tablet.
I called to report this and has to stay on the line to fill in a looooong form. I did this but to this day nothing has improved or no one has contacted me.
What is going on Cell C. you are suppose to be Wooooosh???
