This is disapointing Team, really now

Dear Mtn,

Having been your customer for the past 4 years l dont think l deserve that pathetic service.
On the 1st of September l got an sms that mtn deducted R2600 on my account and that left my account a minus phone and spoke to a lady by the name of Zanele Shabalala who tried her best to calm me and assist but she couldnt because she doesn't work on banking and she said someone was gonna phone me and assist on monday till today no one bothered cause people don't care... Today l got a mesage to say l owe Mtn R3700 cause my debit order returned, guys like what the, l dont even pay that monthly.please sort out my account because this os real incompetent. Can some call me to explain this, l got too much respect for your company so can l aslo be respected.
