Incapable of handling simplest request

I ordered the new mobile wifi modem from their recent promotion. I logged query with them to CALL ME BACK re RICA - as I've misplaced my ID and can't find it, and therefore want to inquire about alternate options.
Instead of a call, I get my first email from Murendeni saying I could use drivers licence, passport or affidavit. I then replied asking if my drivers license would be sufficient, as the email was very vague and rushed. I get a second email response from Sabelo now saying again only an ID is valid. At this point I'm starting to get confused - I replied and mentioned that is not what the other mail stated, but that I want them to call me (as originally requested).
They call at 00:45 am - when I'm asleep!!! I just answered before the call was dropped. I got another email from Imrisch saying they tried to phone me (sick), and that I must get in contact with them again to initiate a further response.
I find this completely unacceptable, and feel disgusted with the way I'm treated as a first time customer. The prospects looked so good, and they promise the best service, but I can honestly say this is not my experience.
